The aftermath of Hurricane Harvey is news all over the world. It is a heart-breaking natural disaster which can’t be fixed quickly. We here at Speaking of Witch Wands firstly wish to send our most heartfelt condolences to all whom have lost family members, homes, livestock, businesses, and more. Secondly, as we have done in the past when a disaster happens, no matter where it happens, we want to help.

Beginning from today until 31 October 2017 we shall set aside 20% of all sales in order to donate directly to Hurricane Harvey fund with the American Red Cross. As with the Hurricane Matthew Haitian fund and the Grenfell Tower London fund, you can be assured that every time you purchase an item from our Etsy shop, no matter how small or large, during the next two months, 20% will be given to the American Red Cross to help the survivors of Harvey put their lives back together again. It is the least we can do. We have customers in Texas and whether they were affected or not, we need to help. And to our Texas customers, we hope so much that you and your families and friends weathered the storm and are well.  Please join us in our endeavour and if you would prefer to donate without purchasing, please go to the American Red Cross website or any charity of your choice. Let us all work together to make a difference.

Many thanks to customers whom have helped us with other donations and we hope you will again. Warmest blessings to all #wecouldnotdoitwithoutyou

About Isabella

Everything worth knowing, I learned from my Nana. I'm a sixty-six year old cunning woman who practises a solitary English hedgewitch life in as near the old ways as I can. I do not sacrifice small animals, neighbours, nor eat children. I'm more interested in visiting my ancestors on hedgewalks. And, I am owned entirely by my lovely feline companion, Pippa [Lady Philipa Cattington].
