Greetings, Isabella! Thank you for sharing your wonderful knowledge. I had read somewhere that the tree of your birth is based upon the date of conception, not birth itself. Is this so? Thank you.

The Chinese believe the date of your birth is the date of your conception. I have not heard of this being the case for the tree of your birth being based on the date of your conception and I have studied birth trees and what they mean rather extensively. Having said that, I’m always still learning 🙂 I won’t rule the concept out entirely but as of yet, after several years of study I’m only saying I have not run across this. Who knows? But if I learn along the way that it is the case then I shall be happy to come back and tell you. You know, Esilenna, I always had to smile at the Chinese ruling that a person’s birth was from date of conception…not to be naughty but how would some ladies know? I mean…we’ve all had that night when we’re a bit tiddly off the wine, haha! Many thanks for your enquiry, Esilenna and I’m so very happy you’ve enjoyed my little offering. Warmest blessings to you!
